Processing follows the applicable Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement.

Peach Pilot may receive information from third-party sources including business contact databases, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), analytics providers, advertising partners, referral sources, and business partners.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 To Provide and Improve Our Services

Peach Pilot uses information to: operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services; respond to inquiries and provide customer support; process applications and onboard clients; deploy and manage AI agents and workflows; and monitor and analyze usage patterns.

2.2 Communications

The company sends administrative and transactional communications (account notices, service updates), responds to questions and correspondence, and sends marketing and promotional communications where permitted by law and subject to opt-out rights.
