Product disclosures
Product disclosures, in plain English.
This page explains what Peach Pilot's products and product previews do, what they do not do, and how product status labels are used across this site.
Right Quote
Right Quote helps before an application. It does not make the insurer's decision.
Right Quote compares the client information entered with rules drawn from carrier underwriting materials available to Peach Pilot. It returns possible carrier and product fits for a licensed agent to review before submitting an application.
A Right Quote result is not an underwriting decision, offer of coverage, policy, or promise of approval. Right Quote does not bind or issue insurance. Only the issuing carrier decides whether to offer coverage and on what terms after reviewing the completed application and any other information it requires.
Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of the information entered and the version and scope of carrier materials available to Peach Pilot. Carrier rules, products, pricing, and availability can change. Agents should confirm current carrier requirements before submitting an application.
Product status
The label tells you what exists now.
We use four status labels so the live product and the roadmap do not blur together.
- Live today
- In current use by agents inside Peach Pilot's parent life insurance agency. This does not necessarily mean general availability in every market or configuration.
- In build
- Active development is underway. The capability is not generally available, and its scope or timing may change.
- Roadmap
- Planned direction, not committed functionality or a release date.
- Design stage
- A concept being researched or designed. It may change substantially or may not be released.
Right Quote is live today for final expense inside Peach Pilot's parent life insurance agency. Peach Live is in build. Follow up automation is on the roadmap. The broader call engine, Predictive Analytics, and Outcome Testing are in the design stage.
Previews and sample data
Product previews are not policy illustrations.
Interface previews, sample conversations, names, lead rankings, and numeric scores are illustrative unless expressly identified as actual product output. They do not represent an actual client, carrier decision, approval rate, production model result, or expected business outcome.
A preview is not a promise that a feature will be released or perform exactly as depicted. Unless expressly identified as an insurer authorized life insurance illustration, a product preview does not show policy values, benefits, premiums, or future policy performance.
Agent and agency responsibilities
The software supports licensed professionals.
Peach Pilot's software does not replace licensed agent judgment, current carrier materials, or required consumer disclosures.
Agents and agencies remain responsible for applicable licensing, appointments, advertising approvals, recordkeeping, consent, and any suitability or best interest duties that apply to their work.
This site does not provide individualized insurance, medical, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.
Carrier references
Names and marks identify third party products.
Carrier names, product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References identify third party products or underwriting materials. Unless expressly stated, their appearance does not indicate sponsorship or endorsement of Peach Pilot or Right Quote.
Security terminology
Security claims describe specified controls.
Security statements describe the product scope and specified controls as of the date stated. No security measure eliminates every risk.
SOC 2 readiness work underway means Peach Pilot is preparing controls and evidence for a possible independent examination. It does not mean an independent accountant has issued Peach Pilot a SOC 2 report.
Read the Security Overview and Privacy Policy for more information.
Plans
Plans are not release commitments.
Statements about products in build, on the roadmap, or in the design stage describe current plans. They are not commitments or guarantees. Features, timing, scope, and availability may change as we learn from agents, carrier outcomes, technical work, and regulatory requirements.
