You keep the override. We take the management weight.
Peach Pilot takes on the onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management burden that normally slows downline growth. We only win if your agents produce.
Every agent you recruit adds management work. And it lands on you.
Top producers and agency builders want more productive agents. They do not want to spend all of their time recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and managing underperformers. That ceiling slows growth. Peach Pilot takes on that layer so you can keep building.
Ramp agents faster
New agents get guided onboarding, training, and a quoting workflow from day one. Time to first policy drops when the ramp is not waiting on your calendar.
Fewer chargebacks
Coaching on every call catches chargeback-prone behavior before it costs the agency. Better placed policies stay on the books.
See your downline clearly
Know who is underperforming, why, and how to intervene. Performance visibility across the team, without chasing spreadsheets.
Every answer is checked against each carrier's own rules. So your agents know it's a yes before the application goes in.
Most tools leave agents guessing. Guessing is where chargebacks start.
Before Right Quote existed.
The case that built this company.
A 72 year old man who'd had something like a stroke seven years back. The application went in anyway. Weeks passed. The carrier wanted more, then more again. Then the decline. Ten hours on the phone, nothing earned, and a man who never got covered because starting over felt impossible.
In Right Quote, that case is three extra questions on the first call: what happened, how long ago, what he takes for it. The verdict comes back carrier by carrier before anyone applies. A no shows up in minutes, not weeks later. And when it says yes for the answers he gave, it's a yes your agents can stand behind.
A real case from the founding team. It's why the guarantee exists.
We earn the downline one cohort at a time.
Prove it on a cohort.
Start small. We onboard, train, coach, and monitor a test group while you watch the numbers.
Expand what works.
If ramp speed, retention, and chargeback numbers move, hand over more of the downline.
Keep building.
Recruiting stays your engine. Managing the ramp stops being your job.
If results come in, we expand. If not, you have lost nothing.
Build the layer that scales agencies.

Questions owners ask us.
What does this cost me?
Peach Pilot participates in a 10 point override on Level 0 production of the agents we manage, regardless of your own level. We only win if your agents produce.
Do I give up control of my downline?
No. Your agents stay your agents, your carriers stay your carriers, and you keep the override. We take on the onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management. You keep visibility into all of it and the final say.
What happens to my clients' and agents' data?
The platform was built for financial services compliance from day one. Client PII is encrypted at the field level, agents never touch client banking or SSN data, and every action is logged. Security is a core layer of the platform, not an add-on.
What if my agents don't take to it?
That risk is ours, not yours. We start with a small cohort, usually the middle tier, where the upside is biggest. We handle the onboarding and coaching directly, so adoption is our job. You watch the numbers.
Am I locked into anything?
No. The entry motion is a pilot cohort. If results come in, we expand. If not, you have lost nothing.
